This packet contains very important information.

King’s Kids After School Care provides an excellent environment for your children (Grades K-5, Ages 5-12*) after a long day at school. Upon arrival, children will enjoy a nutritious snack followed by an opportunity to begin homework. Following homework time, a variety of activities will be offered to the students. Supervised outdoor play is encouraged on favorable weather days. A selection of suitable games, movies and crafts are offered. Our environment consistently reflects the love of Jesus Christ.

*(Younger children must be enrolled in kindergarten. Child Development, Pre-K or 4K students may not be enrolled)

Enrollment

The enrollment fee of $150.00 per family is due with the registration form and is non-refundable. The enrollment fee includes daily snacks, transportation, Funday Fridays, and administrative costs.

After School Care Dates and Times:

Monday, August 18^th – Thursday, June 4^th, 3 PM - 6:00 PM *According to the HCS Calendar.

Students are not permitted to arrive prior to 3:00 PM unless it is an early dismissal day for the school district. King’s Kids After School Care closes promptly at 6:00 PM.

After School Care Weekly Cost:

The 38-week membership* is $85 per week (via direct debit from checking account). *Membership fee is due at the beginning of the week or prior to the week of service on all school is in session weeks including partial weeks REGARDLESS OF ATENDANCE.

Early Dismissal and Cost:

Care for your child(ren) on early dismissal days will be at no additional cost.

The Horry County 2025-2026 school calendar reflects the following dates as early dismissals:

January 16^th, June 3^rd & June 4^th

Snacks:

A snack item will be provided daily for your student. If you choose to provide your student with their own snack, we ask that it meet the nutritional standards of the approved guidelines for food choices.

King’s Kids After School Care will not be in operation when Horry County Schools are closed. The Horry County 2025-2026 school calendar reflects the following dates as closures:

Sept. 1^st, Oct. 13^th, Oct. 14^th, Nov. 24^th thru Nov. 28^th, Dec. 22^nd thru Jan. 2^nd, Jan. 19^th,

Jan. 20^th , Feb. 16^th, Feb.17^th, April 3^rd thru April 10^th, and May 25^th.

Additional closures may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Physical Activity:

Students are always encouraged to be physically active outdoors, when the weather permits, as well as indoors when outdoor play is not permitted.

Procedure for Picking up Children:

AT SCHOOL: Parents/Guardians are responsible for notifying the Horry County School their child attends of any changes in transportation.

AT KING’S KIDS: You are required to sign your child out at the end of each day. Should a situation arise when you cannot pick up your child, a written statement signed and dated (this can be by the Lillio app or email) by the parent or legal guardian must be submitted indicating to whom you are granting permission to pick up your child. Person(s) picking up a child other than the parent or guardian will be required to show identification.

Transportation Release: I authorize King’s Kids, its staff and ministry workers/volunteers to transport my child/children to and from activities by bus. I understand routes and transportation methods may change without notice. I agree to “HOLD HARMLESS” Beach Family Worship Center, its staff and ministry workers/volunteers in all areas related to this matter.

Procedure for Dropping off and Picking up Children: You are required to sign your child/children out at each event. Should a situation arise when you, or your authorized temporary care provider, cannot pick up your child, a written statement signed and dated by the parent or legal guardian must be submitted indicating to whom you are granting permission to pick up your child. Any person(s) picking up your child other than the parent or legal guardian will be required to show identification.

CONSENT FOR EMERGENCY CARE: If my child is ill or injured while at After-School Care and needs emergency care and I cannot be reached, I hereby authorize King’s Kids/Beach Family Worship Center to make whatever arrangements seem necessary. I agree to “HOLD HARMLESS” Beach Family Worship Center, its staff and ministry workers/volunteers in all areas related to this matter. I assume all responsibility and expenses, including transportation, incurred at this time. I have read and fully understand all paragraphs contained in this document. My signature below is effective for my child’s attendance to King’s Kids After-School Care until further notice. Please return this form along with the registration fee. Until the form and fee have been received your child is not considered to be registered for King’s Kids After School Care.

WEEKLY MEMBERSHIP TUITION IS $85 PER WEEK, PER CHILD. PAYMENT IS DUE THE FRIDAY THE WEEK BEFORE. AN AUTOMATIC DRAFT WILL BE REQUIRED AND SET UP FOR PAYMENTS ($85 plus a 2.9% + $.30 processing fee per transaction). Funday Friday Permission Slip

I understand and give permission to King’s Kids After School to transport my child to Big Air Trampoline Park directly from school on the following dates:

I understand that on the aforementioned dates, I must pick my child up at Big Air Trampoline Park by 6pm. The late pick up fee is $5 per minute after 6pm per child.

I understand that King’s Kids shirts are REQUIRED on these days. If my child does not have a King’s Kids Shirt on the aforementioned dates, I will be charged $15 for a shirt.

I understand that Big Air socks are REQUIRED on these days. If my child does not have Big Air socks on the aforementioned dates, I will be charged $6 for socks.

I understand that BIG AIR TRAMPLOINE PARK requires a signed waiver online once a year at https://www.bigairusa.com/myrtlebeach/ in order to participate. I give King’s Kids permission to fill out a waiver for my child on my behalf if an updated waiver is not present in Big Air’s system.
